ArtisanRS is operated by TECHFI LLC. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit artisanrs.com or use an ArtisanRS publishing connection, including a connection to TikTok.

Information we collect

The public website may receive ordinary technical information needed to deliver pages securely, such as IP address, browser type, requested page, timestamps, and security or error logs.

If you choose to connect a third-party account, we may receive and store information authorized by you, including:

• the provider account identifier, display name, username, and profile image;
• OAuth access and refresh credentials needed to maintain the connection;
• the permissions you granted and their expiration details;
• content, captions, privacy choices, interaction settings, approval records, and publishing status needed to complete an expressly approved post; and
• provider post identifiers, URLs, processing results, and error information used for verification and support.

We do not ask for or store your TikTok password.

How we use information

We use information only to operate, secure, maintain, and improve ArtisanRS services; connect authorized accounts; show which account is selected; prepare and publish content after express approval; verify publishing results; prevent duplicate or unauthorized actions; and respond to support, legal, or security requests.

Sharing and third-party services

We disclose information to service providers only when needed to operate the service, such as hosting, storage, security, and account-connection infrastructure. When you authorize a post, the selected content and settings are transmitted to the relevant platform, such as TikTok, under that platform's own terms and privacy policy.

We do not sell personal information or use connected-account information for targeted advertising.

Storage and security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. Provider credentials are treated as confidential, kept out of public source code, and protected in managed secret storage or encrypted credential records. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain required approval and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. You may revoke ArtisanRS access through the connected platform's account settings. You may also request disconnection or deletion through the official ArtisanRS contact methods linked at artisanrs.com. We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or documentation of an authorized publishing action.

Your choices

You control whether to connect an account and whether to approve a post. Before a connected publishing action, you can review the content and available post settings. You may decline authorization, revoke platform permissions, or request deletion of eligible information.

Children

ArtisanRS connected publishing tools are not directed to children and are intended for users who are legally able to authorize the relevant platform account.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be posted on this page.
