Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of artisanrs.com and ArtisanRS publishing tools. ArtisanRS is operated by TECHFI LLC. By using the services, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

ArtisanRS services

ArtisanRS provides RuneScape guides, videos, companion resources, interactive tools, and account-connected publishing features. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued as the service develops.

Account connections and authority

You may connect only an account that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your provider account and for revoking access if a device, account, or authorization becomes compromised.

ArtisanRS will not ask you to provide a third-party account password. Connections use the third party's authorization process and are limited to permissions you approve.

Publishing approval

Connected publishing tools are designed to provide awareness and control before a post is sent. You are responsible for reviewing the selected account, media, caption, privacy level, interaction settings, commercial-content disclosures, and any other available choices. Selecting the final publish action authorizes transmission of the reviewed content and settings to the connected platform.

Processing may take time after submission. A successful upload request does not guarantee that a platform will publish, retain, recommend, or make content visible.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you are entitled to use. You grant TECHFI LLC a limited license to host, process, copy, transmit, and format that content only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested ArtisanRS service.

You must not submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; violates law or platform rules; contains malware; impersonates another person; or attempts to misuse or disrupt the service.

Third-party platforms

TikTok, YouTube, Meta, X, Jagex, and other third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, account limits, and technical requirements. Your use of those services remains subject to their rules. TECHFI LLC does not control their availability, moderation, recommendations, account decisions, or processing times.

RuneScape information

Guides and tools are provided for general informational and entertainment purposes. Game mechanics, prices, requirements, and platform behavior can change. Verify important decisions against current official information and in-game conditions.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, accounts, content, infrastructure, third parties, or legal compliance. You may stop using the service and revoke connected-platform permissions at any time.

Disclaimers

The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free results, continued third-party API access, specific audience reach, or any particular game or publishing outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TECHFI LLC and ArtisanRS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, lost audience reach, account restrictions, or third-party platform decisions arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms as the services or applicable requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
